Key Responsibilities:
• Strong experience in Production Operations and Machining Shop.
• Must have hands-on experience in CNC Machines and Machining Processes.
• Proficient in Production Planning, Resource Planning & Operations Management.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, TPM, Standardized Work & Safety.
• Lead Manufacturing Process Improvements, Productivity Enhancement & Continuous Improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IATF, OHSAS, Quality & Safety standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Engineering Graduate with 8+ years of experience in Production Operation, preferably from Automotive/Auto Component Manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team handling, production planning, problem solving & continuous improvement.
