- Heads the end-to-end Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including Succession Planning and Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
- Ensure effective management of Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), Statutory Compliance, and handling of settlements.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth HR operations and alignment of business objectives.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA or MSW with 15 – 20 years of experience managing end-to-end IR / ER functions in a plant environment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Should have handled multiple plants across India.
- Willingness to work a 6-day schedule with alternate Saturdays off.
