Key responsibilities:
• Provide onsite support for the implementation and auditing of the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Interpret and implement client safety standards, including Permit to Work (PTW) and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA).
• Support plant teams in implementing Safety Management System (SMS) elements and safety culture improvement initiatives.
• Conduct field visits, safety audits, and monitor the effectiveness of SMS implementation.
• Guide cross-functional teams and provide technical support for safety excellence initiatives.
• Conduct awareness sessions and technical training programs on Safety Management System elements.
Preferred Candidate:
• 15+ years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS).
• Strong experience in Safety Management System (SMS) implementation within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on experience in PTW, HIRA, Safety Audits, Safety Culture Improvement, and SMS implementation.
• Chemical Engineering degree with M.E. in Industrial Safety, PDIS, ADIS, or an equivalent Safety qualification.
• Strong analytical, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work at Visakhapatnam (Pydi)\ Gujarat.
