Plant Supply Chain Leader  – US MNC

Responsibilities:
•Manage end-to-end supply chain operations (Demand, Planning, Procurement, Production, Delivery)
•Oversee Demand Planning, ERP, MRP, Supplier Schedules
•Manage Inbound Logistics, Shop Floor, Stores, Dispatch & Shipment
•Ensure 100% On-Time Customer Delivery (OTD)
•Control and optimize Inventory (DIO), Logistics Cost, Working Capital
•Monitor and improve Supplier Delivery Performance
•Control Freight Cost and minimize Premium Freight Usage
•Perform Forward Planning & Forecasting based on Sales

Preferred Candidate Profile:
•Any UG/PG Graduate with 10+ Years Experience in End-to-End Supply Chain Management
•Strong experience in ERP / MRP Systems and Planning Tools
•Exposure to Manufacturing Environment with Cross-Functional Coordination
•Preferred from Automotive Industry or Relevant Industry
