Key Responsibilities:
• Strong experience in implementing, moderating, and maintaining FMEA across manufacturing and process operations.
• Hands-on experience in facilitating FMEA workshops, driving cross-functional discussions, tracking action plans, and ensuring timely closure.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management Tools, Problem-Solving Methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, APQP, and Risk Assessment techniques.
• Experience in training and guiding teams on FMEA methodology
Desired Candidate Profile
• Engineering Graduate with 4+ years of experience in FMEA implementation and moderation.
• Certification in AIAG/VDA FMEA & APIS IQ will be an added advantage.
• Should be flexible to travel as per business requirements.
