Responsibilities:
• Acquire and grow new Enterprise / Mid-Market accounts
• Drive consultative solution selling across Devices, Infrastructure & Services portfolios
• Build strategic account plans, including stakeholder mapping and whitespace analysis for the assigned region
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and deal progression
• Understand customer IT roadmap, digital transformation priorities & business objectives
• Engage CXOs, influencers, and decision makers for strategic business development
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product & Channel teams for value-driven solutions
• Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Any UG/PG Graduate with 7+ Years of Enterprise Sales experience
• Minimum 5+ Years in Acquisition / Hunting role
• Strong Mid-Market / Enterprise Account Management and Direct B2B Sales exposure
• Mandatory experience in Devices – Desktop/PC/Workstation/Tablet, preferred to have experience in Infra Solutions – Servers/Storage, etc.
• Strong consultative / solution-selling capability
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation & forecasting skills
