- Must have hands-on exposure to AI technologies and practical application of AI/Generative AI in program delivery, business operations, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in driving cross-functional programs involving AI-enabled solutions, automation, analytics, or digital products will be preferred.
- Candidates should have worked in well-established multinational corporations (MNCs) or large Indian organizations with structured corporate processes and governance.
Preferred Candidates:
- MBA/PGDM or Engineering Graduate from a reputed institution.
- 8 – 15 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Business Transformation roles.
