– Responsible for end-to-end manufacturing operations ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, quality excellence, and regulatory compliance.
– Manage production operations including assembly, machining, testing, and packaging.
– Drive manufacturing excellence programs, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
– Develop and execute production planning based on customer orders, sales forecast, and inventory levels.
– Monitor and improve manufacturing KPIs, OEE, productivity, yield, and quality metrics.
– Lead Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing initiatives (AI, IoT, automation, robotics).
– Handle project management activities related to manufacturing expansion, process improvement, and new product introduction.
– Implement 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
– Engineering with 18 to 20 years of shop-floor production experience.
– Background in Electronics Manufacturing Industry. Should have CNC machining experience
– Strong exposure to regulatory compliance and quality systems.
– Certificate in Six Sigma Black Belt/TQM/TPM.
– Experience managing a large team and a multi-shift operation
