Key Responsibilities:
- Should have experience in Production Operation, Machining, Manpower Utilisation & Productivity Improvement Plans..
- Must have experience in Lean Tools like 5S, Cycle Time, OEE, VSM, TPM, FTR, Poka Yoke & Continuous Improvement
- Good in knowledge in CNC, VMC, HMC, Grilling, Milling & Turning operations
- Proficient in IATF & OHSAS audit
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/BE/B.Tech Graduate with 9+ years of experience in Production Operation & Machining
- Good experience in managing people and machines to ensure smooth production
