- Should have end-to-end experience in R&D Project Management and New Product Development
- Must have experience in understanding customer requirements, Product Design, NPI and Product Launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, production, quality, and supply chain—to effectively implement R&D initiatives.
- Monitoring project timelines, deliverables, risks, and overall reporting
- Preparing project documentation, progress updates, and communication reports for Headquarters
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Mechanical Engineering with 4+ Years of experience, preferably from any manufacturing industry
- Strong background experience in global engagement and cross-functional teamwork.
