- RCA for Inhouse & field rejection.
- Attending customer complaints with customer QA and preparing appropriate CAPA reports.
- Implementing corrective actions to avoid warranty failure.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics / Mechanical / Production / E&TC with at least 60% throughout in academics with 6-8 years’ Electronics background.
- Hands on experience in Process Setup for electronic products & including SMT/TH/Test machine and MS Office.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team.
- Willing to work in a rotational weekly shift.
