- Lead and manage end-to-end HR Strategic, Organizational Structure, Job Architecture & Position Management, Strategic Manpower Planning & HR Budgeting,
- Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Automation of HR initiatives.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including Succession Planning and Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth HR operations and alignment of business objectives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Engineering and MBA with 3 to 5 years of experience managing end-to-end HR Strategic functions. Preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
