Skills Required : # To consult with plant business leadership team to create a comprehensive people plan to influence business results.
# Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives in line with business priorities.
# Support with a cross-functional team to design and execute strategy for hiring, on-boarding, developing, motivating, and retaining employees.
# Enable line managers to champion GPW, diversity, new hire assimilation, developing, motivating and retaining employees.
# Review business and HR metrics and advise business on people aspects of business.
# Provide expertise to the business in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development and recognition programs.
