Skills Required : # Experience in negotiating and awarding of Civil, erection and Construction contracts.
# Through knowledge of Rate Analysis, Commercial Terms and Condition of Civil and Erection Contracts.
# To Identify competent civil, erection and construction contractors.
# To Prepare Terms and Conditions for Civil and Erection contract.
# Negotiating terms and conditions and price for the contracts.
# Certification and processing of Invoices for timely payment to contractor.
# Co-ordination with other departments like Engineering, Project & Finance team.
